Sorry, I got sidetracked.

But here we are with the rest of the world-famous crumb cake story.

Do you see how the crumbs are three times as thick as the cake? THAT'S a crumb cake.

 You must eat it on a classless paper plate, and here's why:

These crumbs are not to be wasted.

If you ever make it to Bay Head, New Jersey, ask someone to point you in the direction of Mueller's Bakery and get yourself a crumb cake.

And don't forget the paper plates.
