Photography. Lucky for you, it's not by me.

Abbie is taking a basic photography class this semester. For it, we had to buy an old-fashioned, 35mm, do-it-all-yourself camera. We found a great Minolta on eBay, and she's having fun with it. She's only allowed to use black and white film, and she develops it herself. She's learning things like aperture and f-stops (whatever they are) and other fancy-schmancy stuff. Here's a portrait she did of Man-boy a while back. She took a picture of the portrait with her cell phone, so it's not the best, but that's what you get when the original isn't digital.

I LOVE everything about this and can't wait to hang it in my house.
