She's darling! Best of luck to them in the international adoption process -- it takes so long, and it's so frustrating. Our neighbors completed theirs a year and a half or so ago, and their two kids are doing great.
Incidentally, you're nuts if you think your cheeks are chubby -- you're just gorgous. And definitely defined cheekbones!
